My Approach:
I created the strategy and design for a multi-segment Valentine's Day campaign in Klaviyo that moved beyond standard promotions. By creating tailored lead magnets and segmenting customers based on past purchase behavior, relationship status, and gift-buying patterns, I transformed a one-time holiday rush into an evergreen customer acquisition strategy.
